Technological progress and the use of technology itself, is increasingly

changes indicate great possibilities in near future. Computer communication
is among the most widespread technologies. The slogan "do everything over
IP" is the future of the communication market.With the introduction of
optic fibers, access to high-quality Broadband Internet is made possible via
a fixed connection. 3G systems offer solution for wireless access to the
Internet which is going to play a critical role in rural and faraway
regions, in Eastern European countries as well as in developing economies
where fixed connection access expenses are so high that they make advanced
services for data transfer impossible. Wireless local network systems
together with the future 3/4G systems will make not only wide bandwidth
connection possible on the local level but also simple wireless access to
the Internet and the Intranet.Alternative solutions for high-speed Internet
access are systems based on satellites and cable technologies.

with new discoveries in the field of projecting broadband networks,

and the access networks as well as the possibility of implementation of
